The Antelope Valley Migrant Education Consortium proudly brought home a victory at the Region 10 Speech and Debate Competition! Eleven outstanding students, guided by their coach Karent Rasch-Herrera—an AVHS teacher—competed in both Spanish and English categories, earning multiple awards for their exceptional performances.

A special congratulations goes to Sarita Erazo Estaban, a senior at Lancaster High School, who has qualified for the State Speech and Debate Migrant Education Competition in Monterey, CA, on May 3rd. We wish her the very best as she represents our region on the state stage!

¡El Consorcio de Educación Migrante del Valle de Antílope se enorgullece en anunciar su victoria en la Competencia de Oratoria y Debate de la Región 10! Once estudiantes destacados, guiados por su entrenadora Karent Rasch-Herrera—maestra en AVHS—compitieron en categorías tanto en español como en inglés, obteniendo múltiples premios por sus sobresalientes presentaciones.
