Coming Soon: Palmdale FFA Hosts 25th Annual Farm Day!
The agriculture students of Palmdale High School’s Future Farmers of America (FFA) are proud to present the 25th Annual FFA Farm Day taking place this week on Thursday, May 14 and Friday, May 15 from 9 AM to 2 PM.
This long-standing community tradition gives young students from other schools the opportunity to experience a hands-on agricultural education through interactive exhibits, live animal displays, demonstrations, and educational activities designed to promote awareness of agriculture and leadership through FFA.
Attendees will learn more about where food and agricultural products come while connecting with agriculture students and industry concepts in a fun and engaging environment.
“Our 25th anniversary Farm Day is a special milestone for our chapter and community,” said Palmdale FFA Advisor Shawna Clark. “We are excited to continue inspiring students of all ages through agricultural education and hands-on learning experiences.”
On Thursday, May 14, middle and high school students will be the first to visit the immersive experience. Preschool and elementary school students will follow with visits on Friday, May 15.
The event will be held on the campus of Palmdale High School and is expected to welcome hundreds of students from throughout the local community. Our outstanding FFA students are excited to share their wealth of knowledge during this enlightening event!
