On May 29, our AVUHSD Multilingual Department held a ceremony to recognize the incredible achievements of our seniors! With a keynote address from Desert Pathways Principal Alex Santoyo and a beautiful mariachi performance from two AVUHSD alumni, our participating seniors got to stand on stage and celebrate with their friends and families. Many of the students recognized had to adapt to a new language and surroundings as they navigated their high school journey, and we are very proud to be a part of this exciting milestone.
