Students brought all the drama to the stage on March 20 with stunning performances during Ghostlight, an inter-district conference that unites AVUHSD theater programs.

Throughout the day, students from each school performed scenes and monologues, ran theater workshops with help from the AVC Theater Department and AVUHSD Board President Carla Corona, and worked together to put on a puzzle play. Our student actors capped off this experience with a trip to see Beetlejuice live at the Hollywood Pantages Theatre over the weekend.

Events and programs like this are great opportunities for our students to collaborate and learn from each other while celebrating the powerful impact theater has across the district!
