On Saturday, Nov. 30, Issaiah McCorvey wrapped up his incredible cross-country career at Lancaster High School with a 6th place finish at the Boys Division 1 CIF State Cross Country Championships in Fresno, CA. He’s now the highest-placing Lancaster Eagle ever at the State Meet!
Issaiah’s senior season was one for the books:
Victories in 8 of 11 races, including Golden League Finals, Mt. SAC Individual Sweepstakes & CIF-SS Prelims.
New school records: 14:26.9 for 3 miles and 15:15.9 for 5K!
A thrilling 3rd place at CIF-SS Finals and a valiant run at State, pushing a top-tier field to the limit.
